Service Description
Let's come together for connection, support, and yoga practice! Everyone from all walks of life, any color, any identity, any place, and any level of yoga experience are welcome. Come as you are. Yoga with Rachel hosts 3 yoga classes focused on using movement, stillness, breathwork, and meditation to fulfill a goal or intention. Your practice will also be enhanced by aromatherapy, sound healing, and a fresh ginger shot in the end. Each class is 75 mins and will combine two yoga styles, Vinyasa and Yin, to give a balanced sense of energy and calmness. ~ Vinyasa is dynamic practice using steady, flowing movement with breathing to strengthen and stretch the body. ~ Yin uses seated, passive poses held for 3-5 minutes with breathing and meditation to soothe and relax both the body and mind. You must book each session individually. If you want to get the special pricing for all 3 classes, be sure to click 'Buy a pricing plan' when you are booking the first session. Then you will have clips to reserve your spot for the remaining sessions. What to bring?
